Ron and Steve Godel of Godel Industrial Real Estate Corp. just acquired the management of the JP Wank Industrial Real Estate, LLC portfolio consisting of over 450,000 square feet of industrial space. Ron Godel, President of Godel Industrial, is also a partner in a residential management company, which currently manages 45 coop and condo buildings in Manhattan and Queens. His experience includes handling of all issues involved with securing financing, insurance, budgeting, maintenance, environmental issues, landlord/tenant work, evictions, construction, hiring and supervising contractors. Steve has been in finance for over twenty-five years and has been involved in JP Wank decisions since 199. He is the Director of Operations for Godel Industrial. Over five years ago, Ron and Steve started Godel Industrial Corp. They are also partners in JP Wank Industrial Real Estate, LLC.

The family/partners entrusted Godel Industrial with the management of JP Wank, perhaps one of the largest family owned industrial portfolios in Spring Creek, Brooklyn. "Our expectations are high, mainly because our roots are firmly planted in this area," said the Godel brothers, "We are the third generation." Ron and Steve Godel's grandfather and uncle started the business in the 1920's first by running a milk farm on Wortman Avenue and Berriman Street. They decided to buy the land around the farm and never looked back. One of the things Godel Industrial will be doing is bringing high quality tenants into the area.
